Most athlete monitoring software is built for organisations with an analyst, a sports scientist and a budget. The person who actually needs it most — one physiotherapist covering a squad, working from a phone on the side of a pitch — gets a spreadsheet, or a stripped-down version of a tool designed for someone else.

The research on load management is not the bottleneck. Acute:chronic ratios, Nordic force, limb symmetry, sprint exposure and warm-up adherence have been studied for years, and the thresholds are published. The bottleneck is that applying them to twenty-five athletes every morning is more arithmetic than anybody has time for before training.

So Priveo does the arithmetic. That is the whole product.

What it refuses to do

Three commitments, all of them enforced in the code rather than promised in copy:

• No AI, and no model of any kind. Every clinical output is deterministic SQL against thresholds you can read. Not because models are worthless, but because you cannot defend a decision you cannot explain, and a physio who flags an athlete has to be able to say why.
• Nothing is learned from your squad. Your data is not training data, it is not a product input, and it is not sold. There is nothing to train.
• It never clears an athlete. A named human is the decision-maker of record on every clearance, and their name is printed on it.

Who builds it

One person. There is no team page because there is no team, and inventing one would be the first dishonest thing on this site. When you email, you reach the person who wrote the code — usually the same day.

It is early. The product is complete and in use, the clinical logic is covered by an automated test suite, and the roadmap is driven by what physios ask for rather than by what demos well.

The price

$29 a month, and it stays $29 for as long as you stay subscribed. No per-athlete pricing, because charging per athlete would push you to monitor fewer of them. No feature tiers, because a cheaper plan that hides the clinical work is a worse product rather than a cheaper one.
