The three things worth checking in anything you buy
Are the ACWR windows uncoupled?
If the last 7 days sit inside the chronic window, the same load appears on both sides of the division and drags the ratio toward 1.00 — hiding the spike you bought the tool to see. Ask; most tools do not say.
What does it do when an athlete does not report?
If yesterday’s green carries forward, silence looks like health. That is the single most consequential design decision in this category.
Can you see the thresholds and their sources?
If the numbers behind a flag are not published, you cannot defend a decision you made because of one.
