How it works
You do almost nothing. That is the design.
Monitoring tools fail because they ask a busy person to feed them. Priveo asks each athlete for ten seconds and asks you for two taps.
Add your squad once
Paste your player list. Each athlete gets one link — no app store, no password, no account to create. They open it, and it remembers them.
They check in, on their phone, in ten seconds
Five taps: fatigue, sleep, soreness, stress, mood, plus a body map if something hurts. No keyboard, no scrolling, no login. If they miss a day, that shows as a gap on your board instead of quietly becoming a green tick.
You log the session in two taps
Duration and RPE. That is the whole input. Sprint exposures and strength tests go in when you actually do them, not on a schedule the software invents.
Postgres computes overnight
Acute and chronic load, wellness against each athlete's own 28-day baseline, sprint exposure over 21 days, limb symmetry, rehab stage. Deterministic arithmetic against published thresholds — no model, nothing learned from your squad, the same answer every time from the same inputs.
You open a board that is already ranked
Worst first, with the number that explains each flag and one suggested action. Ten seconds to know who needs you, before anybody has laced a boot.
The parts people ask about
What if there is no signal on the pitch?
Everything you enter is queued on the device and syncs when a connection comes back. A half-finished check-in survives a dropped connection, a locked screen and a pull-to-refresh.
Do the athletes see their risk flags?
No, and this is deliberate. Athletes see streaks, percentiles and progress. Showing a player an amber flag changes what they report tomorrow, which destroys the data you were collecting.
What happens when someone stops checking in?
Their row shows as unknown and rises up the board rather than dropping off it. Absence is the state most tools hide, and it is usually the one worth chasing.
Can I change the thresholds?
Yes, per practice. A youth academy and a senior squad should not share a sprint exposure target. Every default and its citation is on the science page, and overrides are recorded with who made them.
